a. Supply will generally take place within 1 business day from placing your order. Ie orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will leave on Mondays, orders placed on weekdays will leave latest the next business day
b. All deliveries have to be to an Australian address.
c. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
d. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the courier or freight company used. Deliveries via Australia Post and or remote locations might take longer.
e. No Deliveries can be made to a PO Box. A physical address needs to be provided, if an office is used for delivery please specify clearly the details like the floor, if located in a multi-story building or specify details like, “ deliver to warehouse “
f. If you specify “ leave without signature “ or “leave at front door” we cannot be held responsible when all or some goods go missing from your order.
g. We will email you with a track and trace number, so you can follow the delivery of your order to the address nominated by you.

i. Keune Salon On-Line cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures by our third party delivery contractors.
