Returns and Exchange
a. Faulty and damaged goods return
Every product that we stock is of the highest standard and checked prior to departure.
However if you have received a faulty product we are happy to exchange it for you. Please contact our Keune Salon On-Line customer service department on 02 8884 4650 for assistance or email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the products to obtain a Return Authority Number. Please include your “RAN” with your return goods..
b. Change of mind returns.
When you change your mind about the order, please contact us immediately via our customer service department on 02 8884 4650. If the order has not been sent out for delivery we will refund you the order. However if your order has left for delivery we can only accept your return under the following conditions:
Change of mind returns will be accepted as long as the products have not been opened or used and are in a saleable condition. Change of mind returns will be accepted on these conditions. Delivery charges for the return journey need to be paid by you in advance to the freight company selected by you. Please ensure goods are properly packaged for their return journey. Damaged goods due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted for return. The following deductions will be made during the refund process: the original freight and delivery fee, plus a 20% processing and restocking fee.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authority Number prior to returning the products to us.
Once products have been opened or used we cannot accept change of mind returns.
